Dear UZ Employees and Students, we would like to remind you that the UZ Library offers free access to the EndNote bibliography manager (a tool from Clarivate).
With EndNote you can:
- collect bibliographic descriptions from various databases (including Web of Science, EBSCO, Elsevier) in one place;
- organize and group collected bibliographic data into folders;
- insert footnotes in the selected citation system, then based on the footnotes create a full bibliography at the end of the text;
- share bibliographic data with other users;
- use the Cite While You Write plug-in, which creates an automatic bibliography and footnotes on an ongoing basis when working with text editors (Microsoft Word, OpenOffice Writer, LibreOffice, Apple Pages).
Access to EndNote is possible on the university network. UZ employees and students can also gain access outside the university, e.g. at home, by logging in using a proxy. Instructions on how to do it
We invite you to free webinars in Polish on using EndNote.
