On the four floors of the Free Access Area the books and periodicals are arranged thematically, and directly available to readers. Users are free to find the material they need on their own for the use on the premises or to borrow outside through self-lending devices. Librarians on duty provide all kinds of cataloging, bibliographic and factual information, and assist readers in using print and electronic sources.
