Periodicals and E-collections Department collects, develops and makes available periodicals and books in various forms.
The publications include: magazines, newspapers, yearbooks and numbered series of books, scientific works of universities and scientific institutions, series of communications, reports of societies, associations and organizations, conference materials.
The department cooperates in organizing tenders for Polish and foreign periodicals for the entire University and provides substantive and formal assistance in shaping e-resource collections. It evaluates tenders, analyzes contracts and the terms of use of licensed domestic, syndicated and other resources.
Within the Periodicals and E-collections Department, there is a Current Periodicals Reading Room.
